Published US equivalents: 50 cm = 0-3 mos, 60 cm = 3-6 mos, 65 cm = 6-9 mos, 70 cm = 6-12 mos, 75 cm = 12-18 mos, 80 cm = 18-24 mos, 85 cm = 2T, 90 cm = 3T, 100 cm = 4. As published, 65 cm and 70 cm have identical ranges. The brand states there is no need to size up because garments are designed with room to grow.
